From the beginning when I was deciding on which topic to choose from, the word Flapper stood out to me.I looked up in my book
what they were, it didn't give me much,but it did show some pictures. It looked like something that I would enjoy working
on, so I decided to choose that topic. I wasn't for sure that I wanted to keep this topic until I got to the library and goggled
it, I saw interesting pictures and read some pretty fascinating things. All the sites I visited talked about the way women
were, then how they changed. I thought it was neat how women started taking control of themselves, answering to no one. Their
independence put me in awe, because back then I knew women did not act like that, but I did not know how they got to be so
independent. So after reading that I knew that I no longer wanted to change my topic.
